Susan Prout – Owner
Susan is a former PSW and restorative care worker whose passion for helping others naturally led her into holistic care. With years of hands-on caregiving experience, she brings compassion, empathy, and professionalism to every aspect of her work. Susan is registered with the Reflexology Association of Canada and is the owner of Silver Birch Holistic Myomassology & Reflexology in Ridgetown, as well as the new co-owner of Aromatica.
Her approach to wellness is client-centered and rooted in respect for the body’s natural healing abilities. Outside of her practice, Susan values family life as a wife and mother and is an animal lover who shares her home with a dog and two cats.
Charlee Roy
Charlee is the founder of NakdBasics in Owen Sound, Ontario. As well as a being a Registered Practical Nurse, she is an Aromatherapist, Chartered Herbalist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master. Charlee has several certifications specializing in pain management and relaxation massage and is a Certified Reflexology Instructor and Aroma Spa Instructor.
Janna Arsenault
Janna is a Certified Instructor in Myomassology, Reflexology, Pilates and is a Pain Freedom Expert. She resides in Maidstone, Ontario where she operates her own wellness clinic called Centre Balance Wellness. As an instructor, coach and intuitive pain specialist she provides hope, results and freedom from chronic pain to her clientele. Janna is passionate about teaching people how they can heal their own pain through their emotions and how they can become their own ‘pain whisperer’ in order to gain a happy, pain-free, thriving life again. She also operates a world-wide, international, coaching business assisting clients with chronic pain through healing processes so they may achieve freedom from pain once more.
Julie Gottschalk
Julie is a Certified Myomassologist, a Reflexology Instructor and a Reiki Practitioner Level ll. She has her own practice in Southampton providing natural healing for those in need. She also works as an Osteopath Assistant where she also provides her own skills to clients with massage, exercise application, reflexology and access bar.
Sarah Ramboer
My name is Sarah Ramboer, Natural Health Practitioner, educator and proud new co-owner of Aromatica. I operate a small holistic practice in Erie Beach, Ontario, just outside of the quant fishing village of Erieau.
I have been a registered Myomassologist since 2010, with my work rooted in a passion for helping clients help themselves through postural awareness, functional movement, and healthy lifestyle choices.
In addition to Myomassology, I am a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher (YTT) and hold certifications in Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyles, as well as live and dry blood analysis. This diverse background allows me to take a deeper, whole-body approach to wellness.
Through both private practice and education, my goal is to empower individuals with the tools and confidence needed to support long-term health and balance.
Tammy Schering
Tammy is a healer, educator, holistic practitioner and Certified Indian Head Massage Instructor, residing in London. She is passionate about sharing ways to live a healthy, balanced, connected life, believing that a healthy life must focus on bringing together the physical, emotional and spiritual in all of us. As a mother of 3 amazing kids and partner to the most giving and kind man, I felt I owed these 4 more than I was able to give them at the end of each day. Working in the hustle and bustle of the corporate world, with my home life, sports and chores I had lost myself. I needed to get reconnected, find the right balance … but how I was going to be able to do this? Then, as if answering my question, I was gifted a Reiki session from a friend. Shortly after, as I lay in that Reiki treatment room feeling lighter and more in tune with my body than I had ever felt before, I knew in that one single moment that I was changed forever. I am so grateful for that gift!
